We’ve all heard that sleep plays an important role in our overall health, but sometimes sleep is TRICKY!! From bedtime routines to independent sleep, mid-night wakings and early rising, there are lots of obstacles that can get in the way of a good nights rest. Dr. Dana Gadaire is joining us for a virtual workshop to talk about fostering good sleep habits and patterns in children with ASD. She will be sharing her knowledge about the functions and physiological aspects of sleep, the origins of common sleep problems and tips for overcoming sleep obstacles.
Date: Thursday, July 30th @ 7:00pm
Hosting: Workshop will be hosted via Zoom. Meeting details will be sent out closer to the time.
Cost: This workshop is being offered by Aspire Academy to raise funds for Quickstart Autism. We are asking participants to donate to Quickstart in lieu of paying a workshop free.
