Sleep Workshop and Q+A

We’ve all heard that sleep plays an important role in our overall health, but sometimes sleep is TRICKY!! From bedtime routines to independent sleep, mid-night wakings and early rising, there are lots of obstacles that can get in the way of a good nights rest. She will be sharing her knowledge about the functions and physiological aspects of sleep, the origins of common sleep problems and tips for overcoming sleep obstacles.
