Director of Clinical Development
At Aspire Academy, Kim works collaboratively with our leadership team to ensure that things are always running smoothly. As a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and certified Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) therapist, Kim oversees our Lead Teachers as they develop and supervise the individualized programs for each of our students.
Kris' teaching style is energetic, fun and flexible, allowing her to create meaningful and relevant learning experiences for each of her students. She has a knack for capturing her students' attention and motivation by teaching traditional subjects and skills in exciting and creative ways.

As a Registered Psychological Associate and Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA), Shiri provides additional supervision and support to our clinical team, ensuring that our programs meet best-practice standards and support the best possible outcomes for our students.
Teachers + Educational Therapists
We love our team of educators! They're passionate about creating the best possible experience for our students and their enthusiasm shines through everything they do. With training and experience in behavioural science our teachers and educational assistants seamlessly integrate comprehensive ABA program goals into academic learning.
On the Ball Pediatric
By supporting our students' sensory processing needs, emotional and behavioural regulation, fine and gross motor skill development and more, On the Ball's team of Occupational Therapists help our students develop independence and participate at Aspire in the most meaningful way possible.
As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), Audrey provides additional support to students with receptive or expressive language challenges, social communication, articulation and motor delays, stuttering, and/or reading, writing and executive functioning challenges, helping them make the most of their experience at Aspire Academy.
On the Ball Pediatric
On the Balls' team of physiotherapists work with our students and educators to create functional and attainable goals related to gross motor skills, movement patterns, balance and coordination, motor planning, core stability and other challenges.
In addition to running our weekly music classes, Lotus Centre for Special Music Education hosts individual (one-on-one) music lessons at our Aspire Academy campus. Using best-practice teaching methods, Lotus Centre designs individualized, adaptive and strength-based music curriculums that allow each students' full potential to be realized.
